This is how our technical support service works:

1. After your payment you will receive an email with a few questions to explain your needs. Please also include as much detail as possible so that we can help you as quickly as possible.
   
   *If necessary, we will have a quick meeting via Zoom to visualize the problem(s) together.
   
   
2. Then we get the job done within 48-72 hours.
   
   
3. Once the work is complete, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a screenshot and/or video demonstrating the work done.
